We collect User Information when You register and voluntarily complete our forms. This information includes but is not limited to name, nationality, type of consumer, ID number, email address, phone number, date of birth that You provide and any other information You include in our online forms.
Data collected automatically
When You use the TRA Connect Application, We may also collect information about your device such as your IP address and the location provided by your device location system.
If You consent to background location data collection, We collect the following information:
- mobile network parameters, including but not limited to connection type (2g/3g/4g/5g) and signal strength;
- status of your voice connection (e.g., idle, in-call, data only);
- information about connected wi-fi networks & neighbourhood networks, their configuration and signal strengths;
- bandwidth usage of your device;
- internet measurements such as video streaming quality, throughput, latency, web page loading speed and others; and
- the type of device used to report Your issue.
How We May Use Your Data
By entering Your User Information via this Site You accept that We may retain Your User Information and that it may be held by Us or any third-party company which processes it on our behalf.
We shall be entitled to use Your User Information for the following purposes:
Ø Market research, including statistical analysis of user behaviour which We may disclose to third parties in depersonalised, aggregated form.
Ø In order to enable Us to comply with any requirements imposed on Us by law or court order.
